The disclaimer
- AyFit Coaching programs are general exercise and nutrition guidance. They aren't medical advice and don't replace advice from your doctor or another health professional.
- Ready-to-use programs are self-guided. Ayden isn't there to supervise your sessions, so you're responsible for training safely: warm up, use good technique and choose weights that suit you.
- Stop straight away and get medical help if you have chest pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath or any other worrying symptom.
- Check with your GP before you start, or before you carry on, if you're pregnant, have a health condition or injury, take medication that affects exercise, or your health changes.
- You take part at your own risk. As far as the law allows, AyFit Coaching isn't liable for injury, illness or loss from following a program. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- If you're under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to this disclaimer too. Your health check answers are kept private and only used to keep you safe.
The PAR-Q+ health check
Before you start, you'll complete the PAR-Q+ (the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone). If you answer yes to a follow-up question, we'll ask you to check in with your GP before a ready-to-use program, and Ayden will talk it through with you before coaching starts.
Your clearance lasts up to 12 months, or until your health changes. If it changes, stop and check with your GP.

Our calculators, guides and recipes are general information. They're estimates, not medical or dietetic advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication, check with your GP or an accredited practising dietitian before making big changes.
